Sioux City, Iowa – Several Sioux City Community School District students have been selected to participate in the 36th annual Opus Honor Choir Festival.
Over 2,100 students were nominated by their directors for 720 positions in four Opus Honor Choirs. Those selected will perform on November 17 at 4 pm in C.Y. Stephens Auditorium in the Iowa State Center in Ames.
Sioux City Community School District students selected for the 2022 Opus Honor Choir include:
East Middle School
Aeva Corbin: 7-8 Treble Choir
Zoe Early: 5-6 Treble Choir
Sam Wheeler: 7-8 Bass Choir
Maddalynne Sawyer: 7-8 Treble Choir
Camden Wineland: 7-8 Bass Choir
West Middle School
Isabel Weber: 7-8 Treble Choir
East High School
Samuel Palomino: 9 Mixed Choir
North High School
Claire Henneman: 9 Mixed Choir
